Sea Centaur 70cl 45% ABV

Born along the craggy Somerset coastline, where a submerged forest rests beneath the tide, our Sea Centaur Martini Gin tells the tale of Dry, once a nereid of the sea, and Bythos, the gentle sea centaur.

Together, they captured the spirit of the ocean – its stillness, depth, and salt-laced vitality – until an observant otter arrived with wild samphire to complete the blend.

Golden sea buckthorn, fresh lemon peel, and warming coriander bring brightness and lift, grounded by juniper and softened with orris root.

As Dry crossed from sea to land, she carried those coastal memories with her. This distillation captures that moment – a meeting of tide and root crafted as a clean, samphire-and-citrus-led gin, perfectly suited to a beautifully balanced martini.

The bottle is a beautiful nod to the 1920s Martini era. We were inspired after a honeymoon at Burgh Island.

Our gin is made with grains but the allergens are removed during the distillation process, they’re considered suitable for those with Coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity however if you feel concerned then best to avoid our gin. Our gin contains fresh Samphire. In short, an allergic reaction is unlikely to occur after drinking a properly distilled gin, but we would always advise you to proceed with caution and avoid altogether if you have a severe allergy please avoid altogether.
