Blending gin-tasting with a dash of immersive storytelling and a generous glug of entrepreneurial expertise, you’ll learn how to enjoy a deeper connection with yourself, your peers, and the world around you.

Dryad Gin is named after the ethereal spirits who gave their lives to protect the oak trees that have fed our land for centuries, their potent powers connecting the flora and fauna that thrive beneath the woodland canopy.
These gentle guardians symbolise our desire to gather fine folk for get-togethers punctuated by love, laughter and libations. We do this by branching out into local communities, establishing strong Somerset roots, tending to our travelling public houses, and sowing the seeds of mischief and magic wherever we go.
We’ve been conjuring up community spirit in a glass since 2022, and now we’re sharing our story!
MEET YOUR SPEAKER, BECKY WRIGHT.
SOUL-LED SOMERSET PUBLIC SPEAKER.
Becky Wright is our master distiller and seasoned speaker here at Dryad Gin. Beginning her hospitality career working in the rural hotel she grew up in, Becky began her twenties co-running a much-loved Minehead restaurant before training to become a private chef and, later, a dietary therapist.
This set her on a decades-long professional path related to mental wellbeing. After reflecting on her Awen training and the hermetic wisdom drawn from the Western Mystery Tradition, she was inspired to combine her love for artistry and alchemy by training to become a gin distiller. In 2022, Becky poured the first bottle of our evocative elixir and she has been distilling liquid love letters to the natural world ever since.
Combining a wealth of worldly knowledge and formal qualifications with years of experience speaking to groups to educate and enchant, she delivers interactive sessions that leave a lasting impact on all who lend their ears. e gentle guardians symbolise our desire to gather fine folk for get-togethers punctuated by love, laughter and libations.
