It took months to get the exact blend we wanted for this very special gin. Lots of small batches were made and a lot of tastings undertaken by willing volunteers – some great – some not so! The process is facinating though and when you finally crack it – a little bit of magic occurs … We give you Dryad Gin – a totally unique blend!
