Terms & Conditions – Plain English Summary

Who we are
Dryad Gin Ltd is a small, independent UK distillery. We sell our products to customers in the UK only. You must be over 18 to buy gin from us.

Placing an order
When you place an order, we’ll confirm by email. Once we’ve accepted your order, a contract is formed. If we can’t accept it (for example, if something is out of stock or there’s a pricing error), we’ll let you know and won’t charge you.

Prices and payment
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged. Payment is taken before goods are dispatched.

Delivery
We’ll let you know delivery costs and an estimated delivery time before you complete your order. If something outside our control causes a delay, we’ll keep you informed. Online orders can’t usually be collected from us unless we agree otherwise.

Our products
Some of our items are handmade, so natural variations are part of their character. Product images are for guidance and may differ slightly from what you receive.

Changing or cancelling an order
If you change your mind about most online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to let us know. Items must be returned in good condition. Some items (such as personalised products or sealed items once opened) can’t be returned.

Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right. We’ll cover return costs in these cases.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof they’ve been sent back.

Ending the contract
You can end the contract if we make significant changes you don’t agree with, if there’s a serious delay, or if something has gone wrong on our side. We may end the contract if payment isn’t made or delivery can’t be completed.

Liability
We’re responsible for problems caused by our lack of care, but our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale or business use.

Your data
We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and never sell it.

If something goes wrong
If you have a question or complaint, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.
